Bookings
- All rates are subject to 18.7% of service charge, vat and provincial tax per room per night.
- All reservations must be guarantee by a major credit card. For credit card guarantees, the hotel requires written information to include the name of the cardholder as it appears on the card, the card number and expiry date.
- FULL PREPAYMENT of room charges is required at the time of booking with non-refundable conditions. Payment for any additional services will be settled upon check-out. You will be charged in local currency.

- Identification documents may include a passport, national ID card, or driver's license.
- A deposit of THB 3,000 per night for miscellaneous expenses is required upon check-in. This amount serves as a security deposit for any incidental charges during the stay and will be refunded at check-out, subject to hotel policies.
Children
- The prices for baby cot and extra beds for children are not included in the total price and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
- Children aged 0-2 years old, complimentary baby cot (on request).
- Children aged 3-11 years old requesting extra bed, child extra bed rate applied (THB 890.- net).
- Children aged above 12 years old requesting extra bed, adults extra bed rate applied (THB 1,780.-net).
- Kids Eat Free, A maximum of 2 children under 6 years old will receive complimentary buffet meal when dining with 1 full price paying accompanying adult.
